Creating a custom Flux LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) model is simpler than it seems, and the 

results are impressive! Here’s a quick guide to get you set up with tools like Replicate and Huggingface.

Step 1: Set Up on Replicate

1. Sign Up on Replicate and head to the “Explore” section.

2. Find the model by searching “lucataco/ai-toolkit,” select it, and then click “Train” to create a new model. Name it—this name will come in handy later.

Step 2: Gather Photos

1. Collect 10-12 photos of yourself in different settings and outfits.

2. Rename each image file to “a_photo_of_” + your model name (e.g., a_photo_of_yourmodel_01.jpg).

3. Compress the files into a zip named “photos_of_” + your model’s name and upload this zip file to Replicate’s images section.

Step 3: Get Your Huggingface Token

1. Sign up or log in to Huggingface, go to Settings > Access Tokens, and create a new token with permissions.

2. Copy your token for later.

3. Create a model on Huggingface and save the model name (e.g., techhalla/modelname). You’ll need this for Replicate.

Note: Training costs around $2.50, with each generation costing about $0.05 afterward.

Step 4: Start Training

1. In Replicate, paste the Huggingface model name into the repo_id field.

2. Leave other settings as default and click Create Training. Training takes 20-30 minutes.

Step 5: Set Up Flux-Dev LoRA

1. Search “lucataco/flux-dev-lora” and find the hf_lora parameter. Enter your model name here.

2. Adjust the weight parameter to control how closely the generated images resemble you, and click Run to generate images.

Step 6: Enhance Image Quality

For top-notch visuals, upload your generated images to Magnific AI. Simply adjust settings to get high-res images.
